Project Overview: General Cat A refurbishment.
Won in competitive tender, the Cat A refurbishment of this flagship seven storey ‘boutique office space’ building was completed in an intricate, three-phase programme that required minimum disruption to existing tenants and visitors alike.
Aimed at enhancing the building’s appeal in a competitive letting market, the project also entailed the eye-catching re-design of the ground floor reception as well as the fit-out of office space for owners Highcross.
Highlights of the project included the dramatic bespoke detailing in the re-vamped reception area and the discreet, but effective HVAC solution contained within an extremely confined ceiling void.
In their marketing material, Highcross describe Livery Place as “Quite simply the most flexible, cost-effective Grade A space in central Birmingham’s office core”.
