Refurbishment of 6 floors of Wesleyan’s landmark headquarters building in Central Birmingham required the full range of our operational and management expertise.

The project was awarded following a competitive bid, based on costs and indicative layouts. Detailed designs were then carried out by our retained design team who put their space planning skills into overdrive to optimise the staff occupancy levels.

The works, undertaken on a floor-by-floor basis, involved replacement of the lighting and ceilings, upgrade of the mechanical, power and data services and new decorative finishes throughout. Also thrown into the mix, were a new Ground Floor reception area and makeovers for the staff canteen, WCs, staircases and lobbies and to top it all off, new furniture throughout.

Eileen Smith, Facilities Manager of Wesleyan said “We were hugely impressed by the quality of workmanship and materials – every stage of the programme was delivered according to schedule while our business continued to operate normally”.
